  1. 6 माह की वारंटी केवल कूलर की मोटर पर मान्य होगी।
  2. पानी का पंप, वायर, बटन अथवा किसी भी प्रकार की टूट-फूट पर वारंटी मान्य नहीं होगी।
  3. वारंटी अवधि में कूलर की होम सर्विस निःशुल्क नहीं दी जाएगी। इसके लिए विज़िटिंग चार्ज देना अनिवार्य होगा।
  4. वारंटी क्लेम के लिए ग्राहक के पास बिल और वारंटी कार्ड होना अनिवार्य है। इनके बिना वारंटी क्लेम स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।
  5. होम सर्विस शनिवार, रविवार एवं सरकारी अवकाश के दिनों में उपलब्ध नहीं होगी।
  6. होम सर्विस के लिए ग्राहक को 24 से 48 घंटे तक का समय लग सकता है।

  1. A 6-month warranty is provided only on the cooler motor.
  2. No warranty is applicable on the water pump, wires, buttons, or any physical damage.
  3. Free home service is not provided under warranty. Visiting charges will be applicable.
  4. To claim warranty, the customer must have the original bill and warranty card. Without these, the warranty claim will not be accepted.
  5. Home service will not be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  6. Home service may take 24 to 48 hours, depending on availability.

कूलर ट्रॉली वारंटी:

कूलर की ट्रॉली या उसके पहियों पर किसी भी प्रकार की कोई वारंटी नहीं आती है। कूलर की ट्रॉली में पानी भरकर उसे इधर-उधर न ले जाएँ, ऐसा करने से ट्रॉली या पहिए टूट सकते हैं।

Cooler Trolly Warranty:

There is no warranty of any kind on the cooler trolley or its wheels. Do not move the cooler trolley when it is filled with water, as doing so may cause the trolley or the wheels to break.

रिमोट कंट्रोल वारंटी:

कूलर में लगे रिमोट डिवाइस पर स्टैंडर्ड 1 वर्ष की वारंटी आती है। रिमोट कंट्रोल पर किसी भी प्रकार की कोई वारंटी नहीं होती है।

नोट: यदि वारंटी अवधि समाप्त होने के बाद कूलर का रिमोट डिवाइस या रिमोट खराब होता है, तो वह Aquabreeze Cooler के स्टोर पर उपलब्ध होगा।

Remote Control Warranty:

The remote device installed in the cooler comes with a standard 1-year warranty. There is no warranty of any kind on the remote control.

Note: If the cooler’s remote device or the remote control stops working even after the warranty period, it will be available at the Aquabreeze Cooler store.
